The first NIDA nodal center was officially inaugurated at NephroPlus’s standalone dialysis center in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, in the presence of Rohit Singh, Group CEO of NephroPlus. NIDA provides a structured pathway for building a specialized, internationally deployable renal-nursing workforce. In India, the 'Fresher Track' is a rigorous 24-month program. It begins with three months of intensive classroom and simulation-based training, followed by 21 months of supervised clinical training across the extensive NephroPlus network.

The curriculum is meticulously designed to cover renal and dialysis science, clinical management, patient care, and global workplace readiness. Upon successful completion, eligible candidates may be considered for deployment within NephroPlus’s international network, subject to service commitments and applicable requirements.
