In a shocking incident that has sent waves of fear through the Madhapur locality in Hyderabad, a 32-year-old hotel worker was allegedly beaten to death late Tuesday night. The victim, identified as Senepalli Bhaskar, was a native of Upparpalli village in the Warangal district and was employed at the Sri Sri Suites (Noma) Hotel.

The Fatal Encounter

The incident came to light following a distress call to the Dial-100 emergency service at approximately 11:47 PM on Tuesday. Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement officers discovered that Bhaskar had been subjected to a violent physical assault. Preliminary investigations suggest that the attack was orchestrated by two men, identified as Raju and his brother-in-law, Kumaraswamy.

Motive and Sequence of Events

According to official police reports, the motive behind the homicide appears to be rooted in a personal vendetta. The accused, Raju, allegedly harbored deep-seated resentment against Bhaskar, claiming that the deceased had been harassing his daughter over several days. Driven by this grudge, Raju traveled from Hanamkonda to Hyderabad on July 14, accompanied by Kumaraswamy, to confront the victim. The duo reportedly attacked Bhaskar with sticks before fleeing the premises.

Medical Response and Arrests

Following the assault, Bhaskar was rushed to a nearby private hospital in critical condition. However, medical professionals declared him dead upon arrival at 1:05 AM on Wednesday. The Madhapur Police have since registered a murder case and successfully arrested both suspects. A comprehensive investigation is currently underway to piece together the full sequence of events and determine if any other accomplices were involved.
