The announcement was made during an inspection alongside Rajamahendravaram MP D. Purandeswari.

During the event, the leaders laid the foundation stone for a new road network within the university campus. The Rajamahendravaram Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has already sanctioned ₹75 lakh specifically for these road works to improve connectivity within the academic zone.
