The police have successfully cracked the murder of Harishchandra Agrahari, an e-rickshaw driver, revealing that the mastermind behind the crime was his own wife, Maya Devi, and her lover, Niyaz Ahmed.
According to the investigation, Harishchandra was an alcoholic who frequently assaulted his wife under the influence of liquor. Driven by this domestic turmoil and her illicit relationship with Niyaz, Maya Devi plotted to remove her husband from her life permanently.
