Securing a single living donor is already challenging; finding two suitable donors for two infants within days is virtually unheard of.
Family Steps Forward
When the father was medically ineligible to donate, the mother volunteered to give 20 % of her liver to one child, while the twins' maternal uncle donated an equivalent portion to the other.
