Indian scientists' micro sculptures have been prepared for space travel, using space-compatible materials such as stainless steel, 24-karat gold, pure silver, ceramic powder, and carbon fibre particles. The work was done by Warangal-based international micro sculptor Ajay Kumar Mattewada. These sculptures were crafted inside the eye of a sewing needle and are set to travel into space aboard the Vikram-1 rocket.
