Bengaluru – A resident of the city reported that a Flipkart delivery executive entered her flat without consent, used her washroom, and then exposed himself, constituting sexual harassment. The complaint was lodged with the police, leading to the immediate arrest of the accused.

The woman shared on social media that the delivery agent arrived to drop a parcel and asked to use her washroom. Despite her repeated refusals and a clear statement that strangers were not allowed inside, the agent ignored her objections, removed his slippers, entered the flat, and after emerging from the washroom, exposed himself. She described feeling shocked, violated, and unsafe in her own home.

Bengaluru police registered the case at Marathahalli Police Station as Case No. 345/2026. The complaint falls under Sections 75, 79, and 329(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), covering sexual harassment, violation of personal liberty, and public indecency. DCP Whitefield confirmed that the accused has been taken into custody and that further investigation is underway.
