Russian forces fired missiles and drones into residential areas in Kyiv for the second time in a week, killing at least 26 people and wounding over 100, Ukrainian authorities said. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the attack, saying that Russia's tactics remain unchanged: to inflict as much pain and damage as possible on Ukrainians and Ukraine.
